I already subscribe in the app. Do I need this?
No. Your app subscription keeps working as it is. A licence is for people who would rather not subscribe on the phone.
How do I activate it?
After paying you see your key on screen, and it is emailed to you. On a computer with ccn, run ccn activate KEY. Phones paired with that computer unlock on their next launch.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days, email [email protected] with your key and we refund you in full.
Do I need an account?
No. The key is your licence. If you lose it, Find my key emails it to the address you paid with.
Which computers does it work on?
Any computer running ccn: macOS, Windows or Linux, in any terminal or editor. Claude Code itself needs its own Anthropic plan.
